Therapeutic Recreation
Therapeutic recreation is an important treatment component in developing self-esteem, physical skills and leisure activities. Canyon Hills Center provides therapeutic recreational activities that are culturally enriching and developmentally appropriate. Youth routinely participate in physical activities in the community. Taking advantage of the Black Hills National Forest, youth participate in hiking, swimming and fishing.
