Hours: Full-time, evenings, days, weekends and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a therapeutic environment by following the policies and procedures of the center. Coordinate and provide leadership in unit’s activities of daily living and emergency situations. Assist in hiring, orientation and training of designated residential counselors and workers. Coordinate residential counselors and workers in carrying through the resident’s plans and goals. Responsible for establishing an effective system of sharing needed information between shifts. Accountable for the timely completion of needed documentation. Find replacements for absent residential counselors and workers. Attend and participate in designated team meetings and in-service training. Perform the duties associated with the residential counselor/worker position description.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, two years experience working with children and/or adolescents and must be 21 years of age.

Salary: Dependent on experience and education.
