LSS offers a generous personal leave package. There is no waiting period for personal leave use. As it appears on the monthly paycheck, employees have the freedom to schedule use. Personal leave can be accumulated up to one and a quarter annual accrual rate.

Exempt Employees: Earn 4 weeks per year.

Non-Exempt Employees: Earn as follows:

2 weeks for the first 3 years of employment.
3 weeks for 3 through 5 years of employment.
4 weeks for more than 5 years of employment.
