LSS Counseling Services offers Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to employers and companies to provide short-term counseling services to help employees and their families with individual and family problems, workplace issues, chemical dependency issues and debt management counseling. Employees generally seek help for the following reasons.

EAPs also assist businesses by providing services to employees affected by death, serious illness and stressful workplace events.
