Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) understands the decision to file bankruptcy is not an easy one to make. We provide counseling and education services to help you throughout the filing process. Approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an Agency's services.
Bankruptcy Counseling
Bankruptcy law states you must complete a counseling session from an EOUST approved credit counseling agency and obtain a certificate of bankruptcy counseling prior to filing for bankruptcy. Our pre-filing counseling sessions will help you review your options and make an informed decision. On average, the sessions are 90 minutes in length and can be completed in person, online or over the phone.

Bankruptcy Education
Bankruptcy law states you must also complete a financial education program and receive an education certificate from an EOUST approved provider prior to your bankruptcy being discharged. Our bankruptcy education will help you make the most of the fresh start once your debts are discharged. Programs are offered in person or online.
