Financial Counseling & Education
Consumer Credit Counseling (CCCS) strives to be a trusted, local source of financial solutions for everyday people. CCCS provides the tools to help consumers become better money managers through counseling and education services. Financial counseling provides the opportunity to address individual financial issues or concerns in a private confidential setting. A certified credit counselor will review your current financial position including income, expenses, debt and current goals. Certified credit counselors will help you review your options and map out an action plan to address your needs and achieve your goals.
Financial counseling and education are offered in all CCCS locations. Trained staff provide the opportunity to learn about financial resources and current events in a group setting. Our staff welcomes the invitation to provide education opportunities to employers, congregations, service organization and many others.

Credit Report Consultation
A Credit Report Consultation is an education-focused session that will help you understand your credit report and score. A certified credit counselor will provide instant access to your report and thoroughly review the information with you. Discussion topics may include understanding credit reporting methods and scoring, correcting errors, protection against identity theft, effective use of credit, money management strategies that build strong reports and scores, and debt repaying strategies.
