Our Homebuyer Express program provides the information and resources available to successfully purchase and own a home. The program is free of charge and is made possible through a grant from the SDHDA Homeownership Education Resource Organization (H.E.R.O.) - credit history review
- mortgage financing and the loan process
- shopping for a home
- homeowners responsibilities
- predatory lending awareness
