LSS Counseling Services offers Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to employers and companies to provide short-term counseling services to help employees and their families with individual and family problems, workplace issues, chemical dependency issues and debt management counseling.

EAPs also assist businesses by providing services to employees affected by death, serious illness and stressful workplace events.

Coping effectively with problems in daily life helps employees remain focused and productive on their jobs. EAP services are a valuable benefit to employers health care packages.

EAP services are provided by professionals, licensed in their area of practice. LSS is accredited by the Council On Accreditation For Children and Family Services.
