Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota

This service is required by the Department of Transportation for employees who have violated DOT regulations. This usually applies to people with a commercial driver’s license who test positive for alcohol or drugs. The SAP evaluator makes recommendations regarding education, treatment, follow-up testing and aftercare.
