Designed for young men ages 13 to 18. Anger management is learning to increase appropriate expressions of anger, not trying to do away with feelings.

Anger control means keeping expressions of anger manageable and nondestructive.

Instead of rage, rather express irritation.
Instead of verbal abuse, rather express disappointment.
Instead of attacking or withdrawing, rather negotiate.

Identify anger and accept that it exists.
Understand where and how we learn about anger.
Take responsibility for your behavior
Select choices in expressing anger
