Program Objectives

• To increase the effectiveness of the program by identifying specific needs through individual assessments of the
  inmate and their partner prior to beginning the program.
• To improve the inmate’s understanding of their relationship with their partner by involving the couple in an evidence-based PREP education program, "Within Our Reach". Click here for more information on PREP education program.
• To improve the inmate’s relationship with their partner during the critical period after release by providing follow up services in the couples’ home or community.
