To refer a child, please submit an Application For Care and collateral information to the address below. When appropriate, a pre-placement interview with the child and family will occur.
When the child is accepted, the placement date will be determined. Acceptance is based on the child’s needs and the needs of the foster family. Emergency placement will be considered.
