Corporate Sponsorship

Imagine leaving home with only what you can carry in your hands.
Imagine going to a foreign country, and rebuilding your life there
with no money, no possessions, and no friends.
It would be a frightening experience.
Imagine what a relief it would be to see a friendly face.
To have help from strangers who expect nothing in return.

Helping new Americans start their lives over in our country. Following are four good reasons to become a corporate sponsor.

  1. Self-sufficiency through employment within 120 days after arrival in the United States.
  2. Promoting community support while decreasing reliance on public assistance.
  3. Surrounding newcomers with a community of support to promote healthy social and cultural adjustment.
  4. Documenting gifts of cash, in-kind donations, and volunteer hours to ensure support for sponsors and families.

Levels Of Sponsorship

Full Sponsorship, group members will:

  • Greet the family at the airport.
  • Set up a new apartment.
  • Provide for rent and utilities for four months.
  • Orient the family to the community.
  • Practice English with the family.
  • Assist in job placement.
