Canyon Hills Center is a residential treatment center licensed to serve 30 children ages 10 to 17, with emotional, behavioral, and educational problems.

Located in the beautiful Northern Black Hills of South Dakota, Canyon Hills Center offers a comprehensive treatment program, a specialized education program, extensive outdoor recreation, and opportunities for community involvement.

Since Canyon Hills Center became a part of Lutheran Social Services in 1993, youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties have received treatment services that build and strengthen skills needed to successfully return to their family and community.

Canyon Hills Center is licensed by the South Dakota Department of Social Services, and accredited by the Council On Accreditation For Children and Family Services
