This accreditation attests that LSS meets the highest national standards and delivers the best quality services to the communities it serves. The COA accreditation process involves an in-depth examination of the agency’s compliance with best practice standards. This is a six-month agency-wide process that includes a self-study by the agency and an on-site study by a COA team of reviewers.
