Hours:
Temporary position through September 2017, full-time or part-time, day hours with occasional evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities:
Provide case management services to youth involved in the juvenile justice system. Assess client and his/her family’s needs and assist them with appropriate services, support, planning and decision making. Coordinate appropriate resources and community referrals. Provide follow-up assistance as needed. Prepare accurate and timely documentation and reports as necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required plus one year experience working in a human service environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age, be able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards, and successfully complete required background checks. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and meet agency driving requirements.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
