LSS offers a generous paid time off package. There is no waiting period for use of PTO. As it accrues, employees may request the time away. Exempt employees can earn up to 27 days of PTO per year. Non-exempt employees can earn up to 17 days for the first 3 years of employment; up to 22 days for 3 through 5 years of employment; and up to 27 days for more than 5 years of employment. Employees can accrue to a maximum balance of 240 hours.
