Hours:
Two full-time positions available. One is a float position that may include morning, evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. The second is an evening shift. Both require rotating, on-call shifts.

Responsibilities:
Direct and maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for youth ages 10 to 17 in a shelter program and reception center. Provide direct supervision, evaluation and training to designated residential staff. Assist in hiring, orientation and training. Attend and participate in designated team meetings and in-service training and crisis intervention. Perform the duties associated with the residential counselor/worker position description.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or social science field or two years of post-high school education (60 semester credits) plus two year’s experience working with children and/or adolescents in a group care setting. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must successfully complete all agency background checks.

Salary: Dependent on experience and education.
