If you’re considering adoption, our informational meetings and educational workshops will help you prepare for the journey.

    Educational workshops dive deeper into legal considerations, cultural awareness, and the realities of adoptive parenting, featuring insights from birth and adoptive parents.

Join Us at the South Dakota Adoption Conference!

This day is a chance to learn and build community for parents, caregivers and all those who provide support to adoptive families. Speakers will explore key factors that help our children feel safe, connected, understood and respected.

Post-Adoption Services

Adoption is a lifelong journey, and challenges can arise along the way. To provide support for families at any stage of the adoption process, we provide Post-Adoption Services, funded by the South Dakota Department of Social Services. 

Adoptive Parent Profiles

Meet some of the families ready to welcome a child with open hearts.

  • “Please trust in the process. Believe in the process,” Megan urged. “There will be breathing space but try not to disappear because they (the adoptive family) needs you just as much as you need them.”
