Administrative Assistant, Part-time

Hours:
Part-time, 3 to 4 evenings per week from 3pm to 9pm, and Friday afternoon from 1pm to 5pm.

Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients and visitors to the office, directing them to the appropriate places in the office, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, answering and directing phone calls, assisting clients in filling out paperwork, as well as assisting in taking payments from clients. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining client records with high accuracy and attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality. The desired candidate will possess strong customer service and computer skills. There are some light cleaning duties required as well.

Qualifications:
Must possess a high school diploma or GED. One to two years of experience in an office setting preferred. Must successfully complete all agency background checks.

Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications.
